Ingredients
- 1 – 14 oz. can artichoke hearts 398ml
- drained & chopped
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- cheese 125ml
- 1 cup mayonnaise 250ml
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- dash lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350F (180C) for 10 minutes. Serve with crackers
